Pressed and assembled yellow gold ruby set brooch. The brooch measures 48.5mm x 20.5mm with a round centre with a heart inset set with a 2.5mm round cut ruby. The brooch has a safety chain and pin, is stamped 9ct and weighs 3.4gms.
